1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by JT Wheel Refurbishment. By booking a service with us, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Bookings and Cancellations
All bookings must be made in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
3. Service Process
Customers must drop off their vehicles by 9 AM on the scheduled appointment day. We will notify you once your wheels are ready for collection. The estimated completion time may vary depending on the condition of the wheels and the type of refurbishment required.
4. Payments
Payments must be made in full when booking online or upon completion of the service. We accept payments via PayPal and other approved methods. Any additional work required outside the agreed service will be quoted separately and must be approved before proceeding.
5. Liability
While we take the utmost care in refurbishing your wheels, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage or underlying structural defects that may become apparent during the process. We also do not accept liability for any personal belongings left in the vehicle.
6. Warranty
We offer a limited warranty on our refurbishment services, covering workmanship defects for a specified period. This does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper maintenance, or general wear and tear.
7. Customer Responsibilities
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their wheels are in a suitable condition for refurbishment. Any existing damage that could affect the outcome of the service must be disclosed prior to the booking.
8. Complaints and Disputes
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 14 days of collection to discuss your concerns. We will do our best to resolve any issues in a fair and timely manner.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
